The Management Portal has a built-in customer upload utility which accepts Microsoft Excel files. If you have an external CRM or ERP with your master customer data, use the built-in Integrations module to keep Rocksoft™ synchronized with your other systems. Rocksoft’s comprehensive reporting module has been designed to provide management with all the tools they need to stay informed.
